FIGURES PROM NEW LYNN. [From Our Coiieespondent. ] ELLINGTON, July 17. Completo details of the applications to acquire the tea simple of leases in Hetana Hamlet, New Lynn, were laid before Parliament to-day by the Prime Minister. Eight transactions which havo been completed are given in the accompanying list, while ten other applications to convert have been lodged, but the valuations are not complete:—

Altogether, there are 23 sections, aggregating 144 acres. The Valuer-General's valuation of the whole area is £6165, the original capital value £2555, and the calculated purchase price totals £3420 18s lOd.
