DYNAMITE.
OUTRAGES 'IN' AMERICA. By Telegraph.—Press Association. —Copyright. (Received Mav 16. 10 a.m.) LONDON, May 15. A New York message says that serious dynamite, outrages in West Virginia and Pennsylvania caused twelve deaths in a week. The Coal Company's plant at- Masontown, Pennsylvania, was wrecked and four men were killed. Hie Ecliart Coal Company's premises were destroyed, and the. loss of property was great. An attempt was made to wreck a passenger train at Loakone, Pennsylvania, but the dynamite was discovered in the nick of time.
