FOUND DEAD. [Psb Press Association.] GREYMOUTH, May 15. A man named Walter Davis wa-s found doad in a but on Tuesday morning at Otirn. At the inquest the evidence showed that on the previous night he got into his mate's bunk, the mate occupying that of tho deceased. The deceased was in bed when the mate arrived, and remarked, "I'm in your bunk; you can get into mine." Later he said, " Give me a light. It's the last you'll give me. - ' The deceased was given a light, and the mato testified that he (the deceased) wae smoking when the candle was blown out, the deceased, in reply, remarking "Good night. Davey." Next morning the deceased was found cold and stiff. The jury returned a verdict that Davis died of heart failure. He is believed to have no relatives in the dominion, but his mother is in Zoehan, Tasmania. [Per Press Association.] HAMILTON, May 15. G. N. Bradbury, a railway guard, who was injured during shunting at Otorohanga last week, died.in the hospital. He leaves a wife and two children. An inquest will be held.

The police authorities in Christchurch were informed to-day that n married woman named Marina Mary Roper, 'fifty-live years of age, committed suicide yesterday by hanging herself at Courtena-y.
