Saudown Park, Gatwick, and Hurst Park racecourses to prevent, amateur bookmaking outside the Tattersall's enclosures, lias caused a dilemma. The amateurs declare that their expulsion would be tantamount to the admission by the executives that it permits betting in specified areas and would therefore render itself liable to an anti-gambling prosecution.
