At a Congress of British Socialists at Blackpool, noisy demonstrations were made against the Executive. The Congress resolved to raise the parliamentary fund to which members should contribute a shilling a year. INTERCHANGE OF VISITS. Eighty County Council children are visiting Paris, and many French schoolboys are visiting London. SHOT HER HUSBAND. A Berlin , message says that Mrs Blume, who was found guilty of shoot ing her husband under extenuating circumstances, was sentenced to four years' imprisonment.
