KAISER THREATENED.
WARNING FROM ABROAD

A Berlin message savs that the Chief of Police received a warning from abroad that it was intended to attempt the life of the Ivaiser at Karlsruhe. The police at Karlsruhe were informed, hut no importance was attached to the incident, and the fact that the Kaiser motored from Karlsruhe instead of going by train was ascribed to the fine weather.
