A Lisbon message says that the newspapers assert that the conspirators have formed a Ministry under AYenoeslau Delimn, a former president of the Council under King Manuel, who is at present at Zurich. There was a mysterious occurrence aboard the cruiser Sao Gabriel. Several shots were fired seaward, and the crew were paraded, but the culprits were not detected.
