Prohibition Breaches.—For breaches of prohibition orders, Harry Munro was lined 10s and oostc, in default fortyeight hours' imprisonment, and .Elizabeth Adams was lined 20s, in default one month's imprisonment. Alleged Perjvry.—Arthur William. Raitt was charged with having committed perjury on March 29 in the testimony which ho gavo on oath at an inquest touching the death of William Kennedy. A remand was granted, on the application of the police, until Thursday week. Bail was allowed self in £SO and one surety of £SO. Maintenance. Edward Aidan Thomas was charged with having failed to provide his wife with maintenanceHe was sentenced to three months' imprisonment the warrant to be suspended provided the defendant paid £1 per week.—Grace Hartnell (Mr Beattie) applied for a separation order against her husband, Robert Hartnell (Mr Donnelly), on the grounds of persistent cruelty and habitual drunkenness. A separation order was granted, and the defendant was ordered to pay 20s a week, the complainant to have the custody of the child.—John Wright (Mr Donnelly) was charged with the disobedience of a maintenance order, and Alexander Wright and Henry "Wright (Mr Cassidy) were charged with having failed to maintain an inmate of an institution. A new order of 5s a week was issued against John Wright. Alexander Wright was ordered to pay 5s a week, and Henry Wright 2s 6d a week. Affiliation.—Arthur Charles Brown, for whom Mr Donnelly appeared, was adjudged the putative father of an unoorn child. He was ordered to find security in £IOO and to pay the costs of the proceedings. Mr Cassidy appeared for tho complainant.
