LOAN NEGOTIATIONS. By Tslegraph.—Pr«»s Association.—Copyright LONDON, April 27. A Pekin message says that the price 'af the five Powers' loan is .90, but the banks recognise the Belgian option of £3,000,000 issuing at 94. The banks will advance China £500,000 immediately and practically finance the country 'afterwards. PEKIN, April 28. A Chinese loan of twenty-five million, «rith interest at 5 per cent, lias been duly signed. Two million will be adranced before flotation. The Deputies of the Kno-ming-tang, or southern party, seek to cancel, the loan. Advices from Shanghai state that Bun Yat Sen warned the consuls that a completion of the loan without refer?nce to the National Assembly would provoke a breach between the north and south. The leaders of the Kno-ming-tang declare that the south will repudiate the loan and fight unless Yuan Shi Kai retires.
