SENTENCE OF DEATH. United Press Association—By Electri# Telegraph—Copyright. (Received August 13, 10 a.m.) LONDON, August 12. A Budapest message of June 9 said that while Hen* Cuvay, Royal Commissioner for Croatia, was motoring with Herr Hervoic, Chief of the Education Department, at Agram, Julcics, a Bosnian student, fired a revolver point blank at the motorists. He missed Herr Cuvay but fatally wounded Herr Hervoic. Jukics fled, but was captured after killing one policeman and wounding another. A message to-day says that Jukics has been sentenced to death, five others to five years' imprisonment, and five were acquitted.
