At Juneau, Alaska, the L nited States District Judge dismissed three indictments charging restraint of trade against the Canadian Pacific Railway, Pacific Coast Steamship, White Pass and Yukon-Alaska Steamship and other Companies connected with tho Alaskan trade. The chief indictment charged' them with conspiracy to monopolise the transportation between .White Horse, Skagway and other points. The charges were brought under the feherriWii antitrust law. Other indictments arc still pending.
