Of the ofiO medical practitioners in Glasgow an overwhelming majority resolved not to work under the Insurance Bill unless the regulations conceded the British Medical Association's six cardinal points.
Sir James Barr, president-elect of thf> Association, telegraphed, wishing tlio .movement every success, and adding that the Insurance Act must not bo allowed to disgrace the Statute Book. .
