LONDON, December 27. Terence Barclay, the son of a banker, died from the effect of wounds inflicted by a pet lion at Norwich. AN ARREST. At Moncsia, Pennsylvania, the police arrested a stranger carrying a suitcase filled with dynamite. The man refused to disclose his identity. Another suit-case filled with dynamite was found at Rochester, Pennsylvania. PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND ELECTIONS. The Conservatives are certain of victory in the Prince Edward Island elections in January. They have secured six seats unopposed.
