KIDSGROVE TRAGEDY.

Karl Karmer, a German, lias been arrested on suspicion of being- concerned in the murders at Kids grove, Staffordshire. (On October 3, a London cablo message said that a little girl named Weir, returning from school at Ividsgrove, Staffordshire, found her mother, the widow of a colliery manager, her sister, aged four years, and a servant girl, all with their heads horribly battered. They had .been stabbed to death. Thirty pounds had been stolen. Two tramps were suspected of having committed tlio crime.)
