[Pi:ii I'kkss Association.] WAXCAXI'I. August 1 (i. The body of a young man named Walter Harteher, who had been missing since July 19. was found on the river beach. The deceased. with ltis sister, kept :i stationery shop and registry office, and prior to bis disappearanco lie had complained of headaches. While repairing a gas main in Rolloston Avenue this morning a workman was overcome by tho escaping gus, and in falling injured his head. He was attended to by some of the inmates of College House, and in about an hour recovered sufficiently to go homo.
