A penalty of not less than £5, or more than £IOO, has been fixed for infringement of the order. The Christtehurch Nursing Division of the St John Ambulance Brigade met on Monday evening. The bankrupt was previously a bankrupt in Wellington in 1907, and subsequently obtained his discharge there. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
