— —♦ UNITED STATES' ATTITUDE. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. : NEW YORK, March 14. The Mexican Finance Minister is here, also the Ambassador. They announce the reception of assurances at Washington of the sincere co-operation of the American and Mexican administrations. Mr Dickinson, Secretary of War, has authorised an announcement that the United States Government had not contemplated intervention at any time, neither would more troops be mobilised. The Mexican Ambassador says that ho has received President Taft's positive assurances of friendship with Mexico. American warships will call at Mexican ports merely for coaling purposes.
