ORDERS BY WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY. . ARRANGEMENTS FOR CRIPPEN'S ARREST. (Received July 28, 9.40 a.m.) United Press Association—By Bleotrio Talagraph—Copyright. LONDON, July 27. The Canadian-Pacific authorities, by wireless telegraphy from Montreal, ordered the steamer Montrose to proceed slowly from Cape Race across the Gulf and up tho St Lawrence to enable tho Laurentic, which has a detective on board, to arrive first. The captain has been specially warned to take measures to prevent th& suspects from, committing suicide.
