Tho Court may allow an amendment of plaint before the determination of the dispute, or the subsequent proceedings of the Court may go beyond the. claim. AY hen making; the award under the new clause it may be made- mandatory, and the Court may direct preference- to unionists on the application, of any party to the -dispute. Any association of not lets than 100 employees may bo registered as an organisation. Boards of Reference may bo created.
