THREE YEARS' SENTENCE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received July 27, 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, July 26. Colonel Frederick Pilcher, of the Engineers, has been sentenced to three years' imprisonment for uttering a forged will, j>urporting to be that of his cousin, Mary Kerford, of Maidenhead, by which he benefited to the extent of £25.000.
