He claims £SOOO damages against Ben Dillon, the jockey, who figures as co-respondent in the case. ATTEMPTED MURDER BY A TURK. Elazar, supposed to be a Turk, entered the offices of Messrs Saseoon and Sons, Leadenhall Street, and fired five shots, critically wounding Mr Louis Naffin, the correspondence clerk. The assailant was overpowered and arretted.
