TAMPERING WITH THE POINTS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 1, 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, February 28. The Central Labour Union of Philadelphia, representing one hundred and forty Unions, has voted in favour of a sympathetic strike, beginning otri March 5. The strikers tampered -with the points, causing a tram-cars derailment. Two persons were killed.
