The conference between the Powers and the Porte continues in connection with the Adam indemnities. The Porte suggests that foreign subjects should sue in the ordinary Courts. It is believed that ihe Powers will refuse the consent to an increase in the Customs duties until the losses of their subjects haver been reimbursed. *
