ANOTHER ADJOURNMENT. At the Magistrate's Court this morn ing the case of Maxwell (Mr Stringer' v. the Union Steam Ship Company (M; Boswick), a claim for £25 for wages and alleged wrongful dismissal at New eastlo, was adjourned sine die, in order that an application might be made to the Supreme Court to have the case heard there. The papers, have been sent to Wellington., but. the formal order has not yet been received; ,
