♦ IN CHAMBERS. Mr Justice Denniston sat in Chambers this morning at the Supreme Court. The following matters were dealt with: — . Probate was granted in the estates of the following persons :—H. Gribbon (Mr -Donnelly), J. Wilson (Mr Beattie), 8. Dick Beattie), W. Gavin (Mr Brown), J. Denholm (Mr Stringer), J. M'Hugn (Mr Flesher), F. Kefly (Mr Frazer), H. A. R. Litolff (Mr Slater), W. Hall (Mr Weston), C. W. Brown (Mr Flesher), L. Burgess (Mr Weston), A. Bronlund (Mr Vincent), C. Gefken (Mr Johnston), J. C. Buckland (Mr Weston), W. M'Caueland (Mr Frazer), J Erikson (Mr Stringer), H. Trott (Mr Bishop), G. Y. Davidson (Mr Frazer), A S. Snell (Mr Johnston), T. Bacon (Mr Free), G. Smith (Mr Brown), J. R. , Courtney (Mr Barrett), and J. H. Gardner (Mr Knubley). The registrar s report was confirmed [ in the cases of W. Ckrystall (Mr Harper) and D: G. Holmes (Mr Lane). A motion for commission was referred to the registrar in the case of T. Molf lett (Mr Harper).. Letters of adminis- ! tration were granted in the cases of E. A'Court (Mr Bishop) L H Davi- . son (Mr Rhodes) and J. Seed (Mr Papprill). In the case of Ballinger v. Bal- ' linger, a summons for discovery was 1 granted on the motion of Mr Dougall, 1 and a summons for discovery and mter- ' rogatories was granted in the-same case on the application of Mr Wilding. In i Warren v. Warren (Mr Alpers), summons for further particulars, no order was made. A special jury was granted i in the case of Tyree and. Co. v. Grange , (Mr Wright). In the Law Practitioners • Act and T. G. Russell (Mr M'Gonnel), I and order was made to tax costs.
