There' were six previous convictions against accused. ■. -..,..- Disobeying a Maintenance Oedeb.— William Hoit was sent to prison for six months for disobeying a maintenance order to provide for his wife and children. . MAiNTEXAiccE. — Charles Leonard Hewson" was adjudged the putative father of an illegitimate child arid ordered to pay 7s 6d a week towards its maintenance, £o confinement expenses and to find surety in £100, . in default six months' imprisonment.
