The Eight Hon Jesse Collings, M.P., is in a critical state of health, as a result of a recent fall. \ DAMAGES FOR* MISREPRESENTATION. , A shareholder sued Mr Horatio Bottomley, M.P., and his company, the John Bull Investment Trust, alleging fraudulent misrepresentation. The jury awarded the plaintiff damages amounting to £956 against Mr Bottomley and the company. ;
