BEST AND BAKER'S PICTURES.

There was a fairly good attendance at His Majesty's Theatre Last evening, when/ a return season of Best and Baker's Pictures, under the direction of Messrs J. and N. Tait, was begun. The' management presented a series of moving^ pictures, depicting the recent Eucharistic Congress in London. The pictures are very clear, and the great gathering of the Roman Catholic clergy is treated with a wealth of detail. The . other films, though not new, have lost none of their interest, and the series showing the people and scenery of Ireland was very popular. Mr J. M. Campbell kept the audience thoroughly amused with his humorous stories, and ' his impersonations were very clever. The programme will be repeated to-night.
