Sir James Willcocks, in an address to the troops at Nahakki, on the Indian frontier., praised the 22nd Punjabis for their bravery. One man, who was twice severely wounded, concealed the fact until he died; another was wounded, but never ceased signalling and a third commanded the post after the death of their officer, although himself wounded in the head.
