— _^ [Pek Phess Association.] DUNEDIN, August 20. Arising out of the charges for which Frank Melhop received two years' imprisonment for indecently assaulting pupils at the Mornington School, the Education Board held an inquiry into the control and management of the school. The report was discussed in committee this morning, after which a resolution was unanimously passed exonerating the headmaster from all blarno in connection with the occurrence, and recognising that the control and management of the school maintains the liiqjh standard of efficiency which the school has ever borne under the said headmaster.
