Up to the present, one hundred and fifty persons have joined, the movement for establishing the Northern Union game at Invercargill, and the League is now engaged drawing up )>y-laws. Iri the case of travelling teams, it is intended to allow 7s 6d personal expenses Ser day, including board, etc., 5s per ay for less of wages in the dominion, and 10s per day outside. A payment of £2 per week will be allowed up to sixteen weeks, also payment for loss of wagos through injuries. Six months' residential qualification is required.
