♦ As Mr A. W. Marchmont's story, " The Case of Lady Broadstone," develops, it becomes more and more interesting, and the instalment to be published in Saturday's issue of the "Star" will bo found to be quite fascinating. Other tales and sketches will include "Fashions in Names," "Apartment House for Rats," "A June Night Adventure," "This Luxury of Light," " The Frenchman's Correspondence," "Struggle Against Depopulation," etc. For ladies' reading the compilation will comprise "Maurice: Magpie and Gentleman," "The Art of Conversation," "Temper," "Washing Silk Blouses, "Wedding Jokes," "The Elder Sister," "Woman's World." "Household Hints," etc. Then there will be, as usual, The Week, the gardener's column, the multum in parvo paragraphs, the column of funnigraphs, and the latest telegraph and general news of the day.
