Mr Lloyd Georgo, in an interview at Carlsbad, discussed tliß prospects of the entente- with Germany. The " Times " refers to a rumour that it is the intention of Mr Lloyd George to visit Berlin and the Black Forest residence of Admiral Von Tirpitz, Secretary of the German Admiralty. The " Spectator " protests against the growing tendency of Ministers to deal in public with matters outside their departments.
