TO-DAY'S MATCHES.

The various matches under the auspices of the Canterbury Hockey Association were continued to-day. Tho. weather was warm, but the grounds wero decidedly greasy. The Senior competition was concluded. Sydenham A arc- the winners, with 6$ points, Addin gton 6, Avon 4, Sydenham B 2$ and Christchurch 1. Following are pairticulars: — SENIORS. ADDINGTON v. CHRISTCHURCH. These teams met at the Polo Ground, and a slow game ended in a win for Addington by four goals, scored by West (two), Anderson and Rice, to. one shot by Midgley. Mr D. Joiisa was referee.
