HIGH ESTIMATES. United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph — Copyright. (Received April 28, 8 a.m.) LONDON, April 26. The "Daily Telegraph's" New York correspondent says that a moderate estimate of the unemployed in the United States would be three million. Socialist leaders state that there are four million, despite the fact that 600,000 have left the States since October.
