MELBOURNE, April 20. A tragedy occurred at Murrumbeena. Captain°W. H. Lee, lately patrol officer in the Papuan police, fatally shot nis frite in the street^ and then blew out his brains. He was recently invalided from Papua on account of ill-health. He was suffering ■ from fever and depression at want of employment.
