THE BLACKBALL STRIKE
[Frok Our Correspondent.] GREYMOUTH, March 25. The miners have anounced that negotiations are now proceeding for a settlement of the Blackball dispute, but all the details- are withheld. The manager says that there are no new developments. It is presumed that negotiations are proceeding by some indirect course with Christchurch.
