THE DISLOCATION OF THE SERVICE. [Per Prbss Association.] AUCKLAND, February 28. The continued dislocation of the tramway service, due to insufficient power, is attributed to an accident in the power-house, and wa6 the subject of loud complaint at a meeting of the Auckland City Council, which decided to call upon the Tramway Company to remedy the present state of affairs forthwith.
