Many years ago a certain earl opiaia gave a dinner in hononr of a grealf Highland chief, who rarely came OOwn. from the hills. Though /there were many illustrious persons at this dinner, the proud Highlander seemed none too well pleased. In fact, __ew__ curt and haughty with the grandest.
