The police are offering a reward of £200 for the detection of the perpetrator of the Great Wyrley outrages. AN EXPLANATION. (Received September 3, 8.36 a.m.) LONDON, September 2. It has now been proved that the injured horse at Great Wyrley had been kicked by another horse.
