The miatter has been referred to the Employers' Federation x>f Otago. The Employers' Association -vill be represented at the annual meeting of the Federation at Wellington on Wednesday next by Mr J. C. Thomeon, Mr Chieholm, Mr Henton and Mr William Scott.
