Kelly urged the Government to get a copy of the report on patent medicines just presented to the Commonwealth Parliament. The Attorney-General said that he would endeavour to get a copy. BILLS. The following Bills were read a firet time, on the motion of the AttorneyGeneral :—Chattels Transfer ' Act Amendment Bill and Indictable Offences Summary Jurisdiction Act Amendment Bill. The Council rose At 3.20 p.m.
