Tuesday, August 13. AFTERNOON SITTING. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. Tlie Attorney-General moved that the Council at its rising should adjourn until the following Tuesday. Carried. RESERVE FUND. The Reserve Fund Securities Bill was put through all its stage's.. MISCELLANEOUS. Sir Maurice O'Rorke gave notioe to \nove for the re-establishment of the provincial form of Government. Tho Hon T. Kelly urged the Government to get a copy of the report on patent medicines just presented to the Commonwealth Parliament. The Attorney-General said that he would endeavour to get a copy. BILLS. The following Bills were read a firet time, on the motion of the AttorneyGeneral :—Chattels Transfer ' Act Amendment Bill and Indictable Offences Summary Jurisdiction Act Amendment Bill. The Council rose At 3.20 p.m.
