LONDON, July 17. • A Parliamentary Committee recomtnended that the machinery rendered ' idle at Woolwich arsenal owing to the lessening of hands should be employed in producing army stores, saddlery, camp equipments and railway stores, affording work to the extent of £726,000 annually. A REVIEW. The King will review the Home fleet in the Solent on August 3. The fleet will include twelve battleships, twentyfour cruisers, 120 torpedo destroyers *nd submarines.
