The Grand Jury at the Old Bailey, impressed by the number of cases wherein aliens appear, unanimously expressed the opinion that the exclusion of undesirable aliens and the deportation, of others should be more rigorously enforced. It ordered it® recommendation to be forwarded to the Government.
