ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
[Per Pkess Association.] DUNEDIN, April 25. The body of a man, unidentified, has been found in a ditch at Henley.
An inquest will be held at the Hospital at 9.30 a.m. to-morrow touching the death of Elizabeth Jordan, who died in the Hospital last evening, after having been injured by a railway truck at Belfast.
As the Edgeware Road tram was slowing into Cathedral Square aboait mid-day, a cyclist attempted to ride across in front of it, but apparently he misjudged his distance, and mas thrown down by the car and gathered into the fender. He managed to throw himself off the fender and escaped with a shaking, but the bicycle was seriously damaged. If the car had been going faster at the time serious injury anight have resulted to- the man.
