THE PREMIERS.
AN INVITATION TO GLASGOW. (Received April 19, 8.52 a.m.) LONDON, April 18. The Chamber of Commerce at Glasgow has invited the Premiers to visit that city, and has also decided by sixtytwo votes to thirty-nine that the commercial union of the Empire would be most readily and advantageously established on a mutual preferential basis.
