Copra. — There is a good demand, but offerings are email, at £21 12s 6d to £21 l'ss per ton for South Sea shipments. A cargo afloat sol dat £20 12s 6d per ton. Wheat.— The "Times" states that the conditions of the British cereal crops on October 1 were 98 3-5 per cent. Wheat yielded 34 bushels per acre. Rabbitskins. — At auction 2816 were offered and 2709 sold, best at Id advance and ordinaries at Id to 2d. Rabbits. — The rabbit market is depressed, owing to the mild weather curtailing the demand. A sale of a damaged shipment ex Hawke's Bay at about 10s disturbed the market. Prices are nominally unchanged. The trade estimates that between 200,000 and 300,000 crates are in cold storage.
