At the Supreme Court to-day, Ed-, ward Donnelly, for indecent' assault on. a girl at Ahipara, was sentenced to six years' imprisonment./ DUNEDIN, August 20. At the Supreme Court, Ray Arthur Hazlewood, sixteen years, and Charles Edward liaynor, sixteen years, were brought up for sentence on charges of breaking and entering. -. • The former was to come up for sentence when called upon. The latter, against whom there were four charges, was sentenced to three years' imprison-, msnt. HLs Honor said Rayrior seemed to. hare, a criminal instinct, as his record , expended back for several yeans.
