Warsaw, at the Go-vernor-General's carriage. Two exploded behind the carriage, smashing the windows of neighbouring houses. It is reported that the Governor received concussion of the brain. Just before the Governor passed, three young men, armed with revolvers, ordered the tenants to leave the flat from which the bombs vrere thrown. V Weddel's annual Teview of the produce trade says it is disappointing to find that there is little real advance in the qiiality of Victorian and other Australian butters. Government grading, may cause an improvement but hitherto it has not been well done. There will be no satisfactory result until grading is made compulsory. The outlook for the seafon ia very favourable, and lastyear's prices are likely to be escced'ed.
