FACTS ESTABLISHED AT COURT.
In an action, the cause of which wan flagrant misuse of Sander and Sons' firm name and other gross misrepresentations by an imitating company, which wa«i tried before his Honor (Jhief Justice J. Madden, 81.C.M.G.,. LL.D., in the Supreme Court, at Melbourne, the prosecution showed : — 1. That Sander and Sons' Pure Volatile Eucalypti Extiact contains all medicinal constituents of the eucalypti, in a highly refined and pure torva. 2 That it ie "much more powerfully healing (antiseptic) than ordinary eucalyptus preparations. 3. That it does not depress thei-eart like ordinary eucalyptus preparations. 4. That it contains no harmful ingredients, and 6. That it is highly commended by many authorities for the last 30 years as a safe, reliable and effective remedy. Some imitators have tried to deceive the puhUc by simulating Bander and Sons' get-up; others have relied on the " just as good " game. Therefore take care and obtain the GENUINE SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT.
